Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy applies to all WPPR course registrations. By registering for a course you agree to the terms below.

Student Cancellations

60 or more days before the course start date — full refund, or full credit toward a future course within 12 months.
Less than 60 days before the course start date — 50% refund, or full credit toward a future course within 12 months.
No-shows forfeit the full amount paid; no refund or credit.

WPPR-Initiated Cancellation

If WPPR cancels a course for any reason — including instructor availability, low enrollment, or facility issues — you will receive a full refund or, at your option, full credit toward a future course. WPPR is not responsible for any non-refundable travel or lodging costs incurred outside of this booking.

Weather & Range Conditions

Precision rifle training proceeds in a wide range of weather. Lead instructors may modify the schedule for safety or training quality. If a full training day is canceled by WPPR due to severe weather, fire restrictions, or unsafe range conditions, you will receive a prorated credit toward a future course. If the entire course is canceled by WPPR for these reasons, the WPPR-Initiated Cancellation terms above apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Refunds for registrations purchased with a promotional code are calculated on the amount actually paid, not on the pre-discount price.

Safety & Force Majeure

WPPR reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any course in response to safety concerns, legal or regulatory changes, or events outside our reasonable control (including natural disaster, public health emergencies, and government action). In these cases the WPPR-Initiated Cancellation terms above apply.

Requesting a Refund

Send refund requests to info@wpprusa.com with your booking reference (from your confirmation email). Requests are processed in the order received, and timing is measured against the email timestamp.
